A 9-month inner pilgrimage through Motherland
8/9 2025 - 10/5 2026

Develop a Personal Spiritual Framework —
to Guide, Inspire and Nourish you in Motherhood
A 9-Month Inner Pilgrimage Through Motherland
Do you struggle to connect with your spiritual self into the busy reality of raising your child — or children?
Mothering as a Spiritual Practice reframes motherhood itself as a sacred and transformative path — and takes you on a guided inner pilgrimage to discover, clarify, or deepen your own spiritual framework so that it feels authentic to you, and so it can guide, inspire, and nourish your everyday life.
Do you long for a community where your big questions are welcome, your truth is safe, and your presence is deeply valued?
In this circle, you’ll be met with understanding, inspiration, and the shared wisdom of women walking a similar journey — where mothering is not “in the way,” but rather is the way.

Perhaps you were never given a spiritual framework and now long to create something meaningful to pass on to your children? Maybe you’ve inherited a tradition that no longer resonates since you were reborn as a mother?
Either way, most of us find ourselves in a society that treats motherhood as anything but the holy work it is — unmatched in the purpose and meaning it can offer, if only we open ourselves to it.

To exhale fully, and to hear and express what your heart has to say when you let your spirit lead the way.
We hold one another to our highest intentions, while offering the compassion and understanding that make transformation possible. Together, we are building a culture where mothering is honored as holy work — a sacred offering.
Your daily care, devotion, and presence as a mother are not interruptions to your spiritual life, but the very heartbeat of it.
Motherhood is full of invitations to enter into deeper connection with your own spirit, the spirit of your children, and with Great Spirit.

For mothers who...
For mothers who...
Sense there is more to mothering than meets the unaware eye — more depth, beauty, meaning, and purpose — and who are curious about embracing motherhood as a sacred path to spiritual development and fulfillment.
It’s for mothers seeking their own truths and are willing to explore what it means to be guided by their own beliefs and values, in intimate relationship with the Divine, Source, Nature, God — or whatever name you use for that which is larger than and beyond ourselves. Whether you are a newborn mother or one who has weathered many seasons, if you feel the calling — this is for you.

This offering integrates motherhood and spirituality in ways that are accessible and relevant.
It is created to be spacious, flexible, and deeply supportive — so you can engage in a way that feels nourishish rather than overwhelming. With nine months’ access, you can move to your own rhythm. The suggested timing is to go through one part per month, but you can also choose to move through at a faster pace, or dip in and out according to the flow of your life. Short, focused chapters allow you to weave the teachings into your life, even in busy seasons of mothering. Reflective questions and suggested practices gives you touchstones you can return to again and again.
"The wisdom I’ve gained here will be something I continue to grow with throughout my years as a mother."
The weekly sharing circles offer something no written material ever can — the experience of being truly seen, heard, and understood in a circle of women all dedicated to exploring motherhood as a spiritual path. The online community extends that connection between calls,
“The community and shared reflections were deeply inspiring."
Having the choice of video, or written content, as well as music playlists give you multiple ways to engage with the content, depending on your mood, energy, and time.
“I loved how creatively the course was composed by Susannah — with a mix of text, recorded videos, exercises, guided meditations, and live calls for connection. This variety made the experience engaging, personal, and deeply supportive."
— Sonya
The guided meditations, which includes drumming and song, help you drop down from you mind space and access the wisdom of your heart and body. Each meditation builds on the next to create a longer pilgrimage journey through the landscape of your motherhood.
“The visualisations were beautiful and poetic, yet very powerful. They helped me unlock old grief and come to liberating insights, as well as feel empowered for the future. I perceive them as one of the most special and valuable takeaways of the course, because I wouldn’t have been able to access such experience with a book or just on my own.”

Not at all. You’re welcome to join as and when it fits you, whether that's every week, or more seldom. With eight calls per month, hopefully you'll be able to join at least once per month.
Not at all. While it may feel especially relevant for mothers who are deeply immersed in the day-to-day of young or stay-at-home children, this journey has also been deeply meaningful for pregnant women and for mothers with older or even adult children.
If you feel called, trust that this is for you. The sharing calls are also greatly enriched by having mothers at different stages of mothering.
No. This is open to and suitable for all spiritual backgrounds — whether you're rooted in a tradition, exploring multiple paths, or beginning your journey. I have drawn from many varied sources when creating this program. In the end you apply the themes to your own beliefs.
"I enjoyed the balance between inspiration coming from various external sources (native traditions, modern authors and poets, etc.) and Susannah’s own reflections, experience and creations."
Absolutely. While not all ideas, tools, and practices may be new to you, perhaps the perspective of it being rooted in motherhood will be, Regardless, this journey is designed to deepen and enrich your current and existing practices, connections and beliefs.
"I have been doing inner work and spiritual work in groups/circles for several years but still, in “Mothering as a Spiritual Practice”, I was delighted to discover completely new paths to help me become whole, both as an individual and as a mother."
This journey has been created knowing that, as mothers, our lives are already very full. It is not meant to add to your to-do list, but to enrich and nourish you by gently shifting how you engage with what you are already doing.
It is spread over nine months precisely to ensure that it stays spacious, flexible, and never overwhelming. The video content for each part is divided into short chapters — most just 5–10 minutes long — so it’s easy to fit in even when you only have a small window of time. Each part in total is always less than one hour.
The reflective questions and suggested practices can take as much or as little time as you wish — some you may want to return to again and again throughout motherhood — so you also don't have to fear that there won’t be “enough” for you to explore.
Because this is an intimate journey with limited spaces, and because all content can be downloaded (in written format), I do not offer refunds once you have joined. This policy helps me honor the commitment of everyone and ensures that places are held for those truly ready to dedicate themselves to this. I encourage you to listen deeply before enrolling, and if your heart says yes, to trust that! I feel confident saying that you will not regret it.

My name is Susannah
My name is Susannah
I am a Sacred Birth Keeper, Doula, Osteopath, and mother of three. My first pregnancy and birth set me on a decade-long exploration of motherhood as a path of personal growth and spiritual awakening — a journey that continues to challenge, shape, and inspire me every day.
For me, motherhood is the ultimate spiritual practice, and I take great joy in exploring this truth together with other mothers, as I believe the wisdom of motherhood is meant to be shared, remembered, and carried in community.
Through guiding many women across the threshold into motherhood — and beyond, into the unfolding journey of mothering — weaving together events, courses, circles and ceremonies in Sweden. Since moving with my family to rural Brazil just over a year ago, much of my work has taken new life online, allowing me to connect with women near and far.
This offering is a continuation — and a deepening — of the course GROW through MOTHERHOOD that you joined earlier this year. It would be my honor to guide you through alongside you on this pilgrimage.
I hope you will join me.
